چکیده
AIM: The aim of the study is to compare accuracy surgical guided implant produced by intraoral scanner, desktop and CBCT cast scan. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: A total 63 dental implants were placed using 14 guides. 15 subjects, eight males seven females (eight bilateral cases unliteral cases), with mean age 45 years (38–55 years) included in study. Patients randomly divided into three groups (n = 21 each): Group 1: Surgical guide manufactured digital impression. 2: model scanning while 3: scanner linear angular deviations inserted planned measured. RESULTS: In scan group, deviation, platform 3D apical vertical deviation 2.5°, 0.7 mm, 1.1 0.6 respectively. While 2.6°, 0.1 3.5°, 1.3 1.6 1.7 There no statistically significance difference between scan, on that was observed. CONCLUSION: observed although IOS shows better least deviation.

متن کاملImplant Impression Techniques for the Edentulous Jaw: A Summary of Three Studies.
PURPOSE Precise implant-supported restorations require accurate impressions. Transfer, pick-up, and splinted pick-up are commonly used techniques. Several in vitro studies have compared these impression techniques; however, all studies used mechanical evaluation methods. The purpose of this study was to compare the discrepancies of these impression techniques digitally in vitro and in vivo. M...
